Stevie does not enjoy being the center of attention. Fortunately, he owns a camera large enough to hide behind.
Quiet, shy, and completely dedicated to his work, Stevie records every joke, accident, haunting, argument, and suspiciously avoidable disaster. He rarely speaks during production. This is partly because he is focused and partly because Barney never leaves enough silence for anyone else to begin a sentence.
Stevie’s oversized headphones help him monitor the show—and block out whatever nonsense is happening beside him. His eyes are often closed, yet every shot is somehow perfectly framed. Nobody understands how this works, and Stevie has shown no interest in explaining it.
While Barney performs for the audience, Stevie watches the people who forget they are being watched. He notices Billy’s hidden courage, the Stage Crew’s exhaustion, and the brief moment of panic behind Barney’s confident smile. His footage may contain far more truth than the actual show.
Stevie is dependable under pressure. Falling props, screaming homeowners, and unexplained portals do not distract him. If something supernatural charges directly at the lens, he calmly adjusts the focus. He believes every moment deserves the correct angle—even the moments everyone else desperately wants deleted.
Off-camera, Stevie is kind but difficult to know. He communicates mostly through gestures, careful camera movements, and the occasional devastating one-sentence observation.
